Spiral Sliced Hams -

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.  Remove the Ham from all packaging.  For Half Hams, place face side down in a pan.  For Whole Hams, place on its side.  Cover the pan with foil.  Half Hams will take approximately 1.5 hours to re-warm, Whole Hams will take 3-3.5 hours.  The Ham is fully cooked, so remove when the internal temperature reaches 125 degrees.  When the Ham has 30 minutes left, apply the glaze packet to the outside of the Ham.  Rememeber, the Ham is Fully Cooked, you are simply re-warming it.

 

Boneless Prime Rib Roasts -

325 degree oven

3-6# - For Medium Rare 1-1/2 hr-2 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium, Remove at 150 degrees (approx 2- 2-1/2 hours)

6-10# - For Medium Rare 2 - 2-1/2 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium, Remove at 150 degrees (approx 2.5-3 hours)

10-16# - For Medium Rare 3 - 3-3/4 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium, Remove from oven at 150 degrees (approx 4 - 4-1/2 hrs)

 

Bone-in Prime Rib Roasts -

325 degree oven

4-8# - For Medium Rare 2 - 2.5 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium Remove at 150 degrees (approx 3 - 3.25 hours)

8 -14# - For Medium Rare 2.75 - 3.25 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium Remove at 150 degrees (approx 3.5 - 4.25 hours)

14-20# - For Medium Rare 3.75 - 4.5 hours - Remove from oven at 135 degrees - For Medium Remove from oven at 150 degrees (approx 4 - 5 hrs)

 

Beef Tenderloin Roast - 

For Medium Rare, roast at 350 degrees for approximately 50-60 minutes - Remove from oven at 135 degrees

For Medium, roast at 350 degrees for approximately 60-70 minutes - Remove from oven at 150 degrees
