Black Forest Pork Chop in Jack Daniel's Glaze


1-2 Pottstown's Black Forest Chops per person
5 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Black Label
1/3 cup molasses
7 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons chilled, unsalted butter
salt & pepper to taste


Grill the Black Forest Chops just like you would a steak... about 8-10 minutes on both sides.  You can always bake them for 45 minutes at 325 degrees too.

Place Jack Daniel's, molasses, and vinegar in a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan.  Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, about 10-12 minutes.  Whisk butter one piece at a time until each piece is incorporated into the mixture.  Season with salt and pepper, then pour mixture over Pottstown's famous Black Forest Pork Chops.
