Fajita Chicken Pizza


1 Precooked Pizza Crust
1 pound Pottstown's Fajita Chicken Breasts cut into strips
1 sliced green bell pepper
1 cup thinly sliced onion
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup Pottstown's Fire Roasted Salsa
2 cups shredded Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese or to spice things up Boar's Head Pepper Jack


In a skillet, saute chicken for 2-3 minutes.  Add  peppers, mushrooms and onion in oil for another few minutes, until vegetables are soft.  Spoon combination over the crust when done; top with salsa and cheese.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
