Pottstown Chicken Fajitas


3 Fajita chicken breasts (pre-marinated at our shoppe)  or 1 1/2 lb. fajita strips
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium green pepper sliced
1 medium red pepper sliced
flour tortillas
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese


Drizzle olive oil in large skillet and add chicken.  Cook 4 to 5 minutes stirring constantly.  Add onions and peppers and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes.  Warm the flour  tortilla in non stick skillet or in oven.

Place chicken mixture on tortilla and add grated cheddar or jalapeno jack cheese
