Southwestern Chicken Quesadillas


2 Pottstown's Southwestern Marinated Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
12 slices Hoffman's Onion Cheese (available at Pottstown)
6 Azteca Flour Tortillas


Put chicken, onions and onion cheese in tortilla shell.  Fry in olive oil on low heat until crispy on both sides.
