Sundried Tomato Chicken Mostacciolli


4 Pottstown's Sundried Tomato Basil Chicken Breasts diced (pre-grill or bake)
2 26 oz cans tomato sauce
2 26 oz cans diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons italian seasoning
2 16 oz cans mushrooms
2 lb. mostaccioli noodles - uncooked
6 cups shredded mozzarella and provolone


Mix together tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, italian seasoning, and mushrooms and simmer 1-2 hours. 

Mix mostaccioli noodles in sauce and add chicken and cheese.  Bake 40-60 minutes at 325 degrees or until cheese is melted.
