1 of Pottstown's Red Devil Mesquite Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (use Pa's BBQ for less spicy alternataive)
1 prebaked pizza crust
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded provolone
chopped green peppers
chopped red onions
chopped mushrooms
any other toppings you like
1/2 cup Pottstown's Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Cook chicken on the stove until done. Put Raspberry BBQ Sauce on crust. Slice cooked chicken and arrange on crust. Add toppings and cheese.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
