Sundried Tomato Basil Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients: 

4 Pottstown's Sundried Tomato Basil Chicken Breasts
Butter
Italian Bread
Garlic Powder
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
4 slices Provolone Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions: 

Dredge Chicken in egg and bread w/ bread crumbs.  Brown the chicken breasts in skillet on both sides.   Place in 350 degree oven  1/2 hour or until internal temperature is 160 degrees. 

Place cheese on chicken and melt for 1-2 minutes.  Butter the italian bread and sprinkle with garlic powder.  Broil until golden brown.  Put chicken on the bread and enjoy!
